These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of MerchantHaus services and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

- Merchant: Businesses or individuals registering for payment services.
- User: Employees, agents, or authorized individuals accessing the platform.
- Visitor: Any individual browsing the site without account registration.
- Services: All offerings, including payment gateways, onboarding, integrations, and dashboards.
3. Account Registration & Use
Merchants must provide accurate business and personal details during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials. MerchantHaus reserves the right to suspend accounts in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations.
4. Payment Processing & Fees
MerchantHaus facilitates payments through secure gateways and partners. Merchants remain responsible for applicable fees, chargebacks, and refunds. All fees are disclosed during onboarding or within signed agreements.
5. Data Privacy & Processing
Data collected through our Services is processed as outlined in our Privacy Policy. MerchantHaus maintains PCI DSS compliance, encryption standards, and applicable privacy frameworks where required by law.
6. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
- Comply with all applicable laws and card network rules.
- Do not use Services for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt system integrity.
- Do not misuse APIs or resell Services without authorization.
7. Intellectual Property
MerchantHaus retains all rights to its trademarks, platform, and services. You retain ownership of your data. Feedback provided to MerchantHaus may be used without obligation or compensation.
8. Liability & Disclaimers
MerchantHaus provides Services “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MerchantHaus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, contact support first. If unresolved within 45 days, disputes may be referred to arbitration in the governing jurisdiction. You waive the right to class actions where permitted by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Jurisdiction lies with courts located in Albuquerque, unless otherwise required by law.
11. Changes to Terms
MerchantHaus may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use of Services indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
